当千年文脉遇见青春热血，当强国之志汇入奔跑的脚步，一场意蕴深远又激情澎湃的校园体育盛会，在石室北湖的绿茵场上璀璨登场。

When the thousand-year legacy meets youthful passion, when the spirit of strength merges with the rhythm of running feet — an inspiring and energetic Sports Day unfolded brilliantly on the green field of Shishi Beihu AP.

开幕式

青春的节奏全面开启

在激昂的校歌与热烈的欢呼声中，石室北湖AP秋季运动会正式拉开序幕。整齐的方阵、昂扬的口号，展现着石室学子自信与昂扬的姿态。开幕式刚刚落下帷幕，操场便迅速变身为青春的舞台。

Accompanied by the school anthem and waves of cheers, the Shishi Beihu AP Sports Day officially began. Neat formations, confident smiles, and loud chants filled the field with energy. As the opening ceremony ended, the playground instantly turned into a stage for youth and vitality.

拼搏与笑声同在

竞争与友谊并行

伴随着清晨的阳光，一场象征激情与活力的 3.5km欢乐跑（Fun Run） 成为全场的序曲。

With the morning sunlight spilling across the field, the 3.5km Fun Run marked the passionate start of the day.

起跑线前，选手们蓄势待发；随着发令枪响，操场瞬间被点燃。身着红、蓝、黄、绿学院色T恤的同学们奋力前进，笑容与汗水交织成最美的风景。

At the starting line, students stood ready. When the whistle blew, the track erupted with energy. Dressed in their house colors — red, blue, yellow, and green — students sprinted forward, their smiles shining through every drop of sweat.

欢乐跑之后，赛场进入更高强度的竞技时刻。迎面接力（Relay Race）、跳高（High Jump）、立定跳远（Standing Long Jump）三大项目轮番上演。

After the Fun Run, the competition heated up with three major events — the Relay Race, High Jump, and Standing Long Jump.

在运动会中的北湖APers，不仅是积极投入一场竞技，更是一场关于团队精神与自我突破的盛会。

体育教育是国际部学子们全人培养的重要一环。通过多样化的课程与活动，学校鼓励学生在运动中增强体魄、培养意志，也在汗水中理解合作与尊重。
